HSE SmartDoc

HSE.SmartDoc is the official mobile application of the HSE Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). The application is designed to work with documents, tasks and reports of the electronic document management system, electronic sighting, approval and signing of documents. The application allows you to work offline, view, edit and sign documents using a qualified electronic digital signature.
